Darron Antill, Chief Executive Officer

Darron has extensive experience in leading and growing IT companies that specialize in security & analytics software & services. Prior to his CEO role at Device Authority, Darron was CEO of AppSense, a global software company, where he was responsible for driving the global growth of the company by entering and expanding into new markets, while delivering new and innovative products that are helping companies transform their workspace management initiatives. During his tenure, Darron guided the company to a 270% increase in revenues to more than $100M, expanded the company globally, increased global headcount by more than 300% and helped AppSense raise a $70M investment round from Goldman Sachs. Additionally, Darron led the strategic acquisition of mobile player RAPsphere, a vital component to AppSense's portfolio of workspace solutions.

Prior to AppSense, Darron was CEO of leading Information Security Services company Vistorm, which was acquired by EDS. Previous to this Darron Managing Director of Ultima Business Solutions, an IT & security services company, and a Sales Director at Digital Equipment Company.

Talbot Harty, Chief Technology Officer & Co-founder

Talbot Harty is the CTO and co-founder of Device Authority. Prior to founding Device Authority, Talbot was the Chief Development Officer at Network Equipment Technologies (acquired by SONUS) and responsible for re-defining the company’s vision and product strategy for unified communications, SIP trunking and enterprise mobility markets. Talbot was also responsible for the company’s tactical-deployable secure communications solutions which are widely installed throughout Federal DOD agencies, the UK MOD, and NATO.

Talbot has held executive and senior management positions in product development, marketing, and information technology for start-ups and publicly-held corporations, including Perfect Commerce, Roamware, iPrint.com, General Magic, NEC Electronics, Newbridge Networks, and Ungermann-Bass Networks/Tandem Computers.

He is also an inventor of several patents relating to network communications and security.


Rao Cherukuri, Chief Product Officer

Rao is a technology innovator, entrepreneur and seasoned executive in Silicon Valley. He founded and led venture-backed IT infrastructure startups that delivered award-winning products over the last two decades in Networking, Security and Analytics. He holds five patents in Trusted Computing, Containers and Networking. Rao has also advised, invested in, and served on the boards of several technology startups in the areas of Security, IoT and Next-generation application infrastructure.

Rao’s latest work is in the areas of IoT Security, edge computing and fog computing. He has a keen interest to solve the technology and business problems for IoT and edge computing leveraging the extensive background in the trusted computing, security, containers and cloud services.



Caroline Ward, Financial Controller

As a CIMA qualified accountant, Caroline specialises in preparing businesses for further growth and has extensive knowledge of private equity-backed companies. At Device Authority Caroline is responsible for finance, HR, core commercial systems and facilities. Key areas of focus include robust financial planning, cash generation with keen cost management as well as business process simplification through the implementation of new business management systems.

Before joining Device Authority, Caroline was Head of Finance at SIPCOM, a Unified Communications specialist. Whilst there Caroline was responsible for all Finance and HR related work. During her term, SIPCOM successfully secured a minor investment from Rigby Group plc (owners of Specialist Computer Centre). Prior to SIPCOM, Caroline previously worked for large multinational firms in the software industry both in the UK and USA.

Al Sisto, Executive Chairman

Al is a Director of Tern Plc an AIM listed investment company where he serves as an investor and business advisor to private companies including Device Authority. He is also a General Partner of Sixth Bridge L. P., an investment and strategic advisory firm and currently serves as an advisor and on the boards of several leading Enterprise Software and Security companies in Europe and the USA, including Agnitio, iJento and Nok Nok Labs. He also serves as an advisor to Centaur Partners, a leading, boutique technology investment banking firm.

Al was formally Chairman and CEO of Hifn (NASDAQ: HIFN). He repositioned the company through acquisitions and repurposing technology leading to its merger with EXAR. Prior to Hifn, he had a seven-year tenure as Chairman, President and CEO of Phoenix Technologies (NASDAQ: PTEC), a provider of platform-enabling software. As COO of RSA Data Security he focused on strategy, operations and strategic investments to expand the security ecosystem.
