Device Authority Appoints Former McAfee CEO George Samenuk as Non-Executive Director
Device Authority announced George Samenuk has joined the Device Authority board as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment coincides with the company’s 2017 plans to expand its IoT security platform into innovative customer and partner markets.

Device Authority, a global leader in policy and device-driven security automation for the Internet of Things (IoT), today announced George Samenuk has joined the Device Authority board as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment coincides with the company’s 2017 plans to expand its IoT security platform into innovative customer and partner markets.
As a Non-Executive Director, George brings a distinctive set of strategy and technology experience to Device Authority. He formerly served as the Chairman and CEO of McAfee (NYSE: MFE), the world’s largest dedicated security leader. During his tenure at McAfee the stock price increased from $3 to $30. The Market Capitalization of McAfee increased from $500 Million to over $5 Billion.

George has served on the Boards of Symbol Technologies (sold to Motorola for $3.9 Billion) and other privately-held companies. He also spent over twenty years at IBM, holding a variety of executive positions and ending his career as General Manager of the Americas, responsible for $45 Billion in revenue.
