Device Authority Delivers Advanced Device Security for IoT Platforms
The latest KeyScaler 5.7 release focuses on providing advanced security for IoT platforms through simplified IoT application integration.

- Device Authority, a global leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for the Internet of Things (IoT), today announces its latest software release which introduces Delegated Security Management (DSM) for IoT platforms – providing enhanced IoT security for industrial and medical device manufacturers and users.
The latest KeyScaler 5.7 release focuses on providing advanced security for IoT platforms through simplified IoT application integration. This includes extensible design for new management, policy and event driven security operations, new web socket protocols for communications with KeyScaler, and support for both Dynamic Device Key Generation (DDKG) and PKI Signature+ device authentication methods.
IoT platforms and their customers will benefit from high assurance device authentication to validate physical device identity associated with data. Both parties also benefit from network and power efficiency as web sockets reduce the bandwidth and power consumption, achieving multiple security operations over a single connection.
