Device Authority appoints VP Strategic Alliances in North America to drive the Microsoft partnership

London, UK, and San Ramon, California, USA – Device Authority, an industry recognized global leader in identity and access management (IAM) for the Internet of Things (IoT), today announced it has appointed a Vice President, Strategic Alliances for North America focused on growing Device Authority’s partnership with Microsoft around digital transformation and the intelligent edge. This includes Azure IoT Hub, Azure IoT Central, Azure Sphere and Azure Key Vault.

Tyler Gannon has joined Device Authority with over 20 years’ experience in enterprise technology focused on building strategic alliances that drive market growth. Over a 12-year career with Microsoft in a variety of roles he managed global strategic partners, led business development teams, and focused on technology integration for joint sales initiatives. For the past several years his focus has been on helping organizations align their product roadmap and field sales strategy with that of Microsoft. Most recently he served as VP of Business Development and Strategy for eCare Vault, an early-stage SaaS company providing privacy-compliant collaboration services for Public Sector and Healthcare customers and spent time with PTC as Director of Microsoft Alliance for the Americas. Tyler’s experience with identity and compliance, coupled with broad industry experience across Public Sector, Healthcare, and Manufacturing will help drive continued growth with key partners, in particular Microsoft.
