Global leaders in IoT device security, Device Authority, has further strengthened its North American team with the appointment of Amy Chu as Vice President of Customer Success.
Amy brings more than 20 years’ experience in technical leadership, uniting business and technical partners to build high performing teams and delivering first-class customer experience. With a specific focus on global and strategic accounts, Amy will oversee all technical pre-sales, customer success and support to bring operational excellence and further enhance key client deployments.
Device Authority’s stronghold in the automotive sector also means that the company will benefit from Amy’s extensive experience in the sector, having previously held roles as Director of the Automated Vehicle Safety Consortium (AVSC) for SAE Industry Technologies Consortia and Senior Director of Harman’s Automotive Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch and driving global standards and security best practice.
